Face The Heat by Scorpions
About the album Face The Heat
The twelfth studio album of Scorpions, Face The Heat, was a landmark album in the musical journey of the group. It was the first recorded without bassist Francis Buchholz and the last with Herman Rarebell on drums. The production of the album was entrusted to Canadian producer Bruce Fairbairn.
Face The Heat was a major commercial failure for Scorpions as the songs on the album seem to be out of sync with the musical changes occurring in the early 1990s.
The album managed to sell 1,500,000 copies worldwide. Face The Heat reached No.4 in Germany and sold 350,000 copies.
