About the album Power Up
In 2020, it's time for AC/DC's seventeenth album, as they recover from the loss of Malcom Young, who passed away in 2017. The album is dedicated to him. Brian Johnson is on the microphone and does his job in the best way he knows how to do it.
The album is produced by Brendan O'Brien, a collaboration that started in 2007 with Black Ice, and from what the listener can hear, this collaboration seems to be going well. As confirmation of this, the twenty-one No. 1s that "Power Up" reached in corresponding countries come along.
The album was the sixth best-selling worldwide in 2020. There was a very strong response in Germany, where it stayed at No. 1 for five weeks, as the album kept rising and falling from the top spot continuously.
