Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap by AC/DC
About the album Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap
AC/DC, having ready material and wanting to continue the journey they started with High Voltage, release Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap in 1976 and achieve their goal. They prove that they are here to stay. This would become the second album for the international market.
The album was officially released in the USA in 1981 – obviously after the success of Highway To Hell and Back In Black. Here Bon Scott is at his best. His performances on songs like Big Balls or Ride On remain more than legendary. Harry Vanda and the older Young brother, George, are in song production.
Sales of Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap reached 6,000,000 copies over the years in the USA alone. The album reached No.3 on the Billboard in 1981(!)
