Talking Heads was an American rock band formed in 1975 in New York by David Byrne, Tina Weymouth, Chris Frantz, and Jerry Harrison. The band became known for incorporating punk, new wave, and art rock, as well as for Byrne's eccentric stage presence. Talking Heads released several successful albums, such as "Remain in Light" and "Speaking in Tongues," and became particularly popular thanks to their unique musical direction and thoughtful lyrics. With their productive activity until 1991, Talking Heads managed to open new paths for alternative rock music.
