About the album Fighting The World
In 1987, Manowar released their fifth album titled Fighting The World from Atlantic Records.
Their sound is less rough and seems to be slightly oriented towards glam metal - without being so. The album was entirely recorded and mixed digitally, and this played a role in the change of sound.
Responsible for the cover is Ken Kelly, who also created the cover for Kiss's Destroyer. One can easily see the similarity.
