The title of the album is a phrase from a speech by Tony Blair, the Prime Minister of Britain, "Education, Education, Education." The word War is a reminder of the war with Iraq in which he involved his country a few years later.
Education, Education & War reached No. 1 in Britain and released three singles (Coming Home, Meanwhile Up In Heaven, and My Life).
