Kaiser Chiefs
Group
Kaiser Chiefs are a British rock band from Leeds, formed in 2000. The band was initially called Parva, but in 2003 adopted the name Kaiser Chiefs, inspired by the South African football team Kaizer Chiefs. The band members are Ricky Wilson (vocals), Andrew "Whitey" White (guitar), Simon Rix (bass), Nick "Peanut" Baines (keyboards), and Vijay Mistry (drums). They became globally known with their debut album "Employment" in 2005, which included hits like "I Predict a Riot" and "Oh My God." Their music is influenced by the British rock and pop scene, with elements from the 1980s and 1990s.
