About the album Yours Truly, Angry Mob
The massive success of Employment two years ago was crucial for the band from Leeds to collaborate once again with producer Stephen Street on their second album titled Yours Truly, Angry Mob, which was released in 2007.
The band recorded twenty-two songs at Hook End Studio between September and October 2006. Of these, thirteen comprised Yours Truly, Angry Mob, which became the follow-up album to their first album, with slightly more unpleasant themes being addressed in their song lyrics.
Due to the expectations that had been created, the album reached No. 1 in the United Kingdom, but its sales did not match those achieved by their debut. In the United Kingdom, it went platinum only twice (!)
