About the album Trick or Treat

Trick or Treat of 1986 is the fourth studio album by the British band Fastway, and also the soundtrack for the movie of the same year by American actor Charles Martin Smith, who makes his directorial debut with a "horror comedy," receiving mixed reviews. In the film, which deals with heavy metal music, Ozzy Osbourne and Gene Simmons of Kiss appear.

The Fastway album consists of nine songs. Seven are new compositions, while the album closes with Heft and If You Could See from the band's first and second albums. The musical style of Fastway on this record has shifted towards glam metal. Trick Or Treat would become the last album where Dave King would sing with Fastway.

The album was released for promotional purposes on Halloween day of 1986. The accompanying single was After Midnight. Trick or Treat as an album would not be called a commercial success as it only reached No. 156 on the Billboard chart.
