About the album Mardi Grass
The Mardi Gras of 1972 would prove to be the swan song of John Fogerty's group, which by then had remained a trio since Tom Fogerty had left.
The three remaining members each wrote 2-3 songs, each sang their own, produced it themselves, and somehow this led to the seventh album of CCR.
Despite the difficulties and the impending end of the band, the album achieved success, especially in the USA.
