About the album Road
Alice Cooper returns in 2023 with Road, an album full of fun, a lot of rock 'n' roll, and stories from... the road. This album is the twenty-second in Alice Cooper's career. Along with him is an old acquaintance, Bob Ezrin, who is in production and songwriting.
Alice Cooper has other eminent collaborators to assist him. Tom Morello participates in White Line Frankenstein by playing electric guitar. Roger Glover is on the bass of the song Baby Please Don't Go, while the album closes with a cover of the Who's song, Magic Bus. The recording of Road was mainly done by the band with which he tours, in order to capture “the live feeling” of the road.
The paradox with Road is that in the USA it ranked No. 160, while in Britain it ranked No. 8 (!)
