Done With Mirrors is the eighth studio album by Aerosmith. Here we have the return of guitarists Joe Perry and Brad Whitford, who had left in 1979. Although it was promoted as the great comeback of Aerosmith, it did not achieve its goal. They would have to wait for the next album.

The first single “Let The Music Do The Talking” was also on the self-titled solo album of Joe Perry in 1980, when he was leading the group The Joe Perry Project. The producer of the album was Ted Templeman, who tried to implement the technique of "letting the band play freely and recording them without them knowing when it's happening".

Done With Mirrors reached No. 36 on the Billboard and sold 500,000 copies.
