About the album Vincebus Eruptum
In early 1968, the Californians Blue Cheer would release their first album titled Vincebus Eruptum. Although the album is based on the blues, the way Blue Cheer delivers them leaves no doubt that something new and different is being born here.
Vincebus Eruptum is rightly considered one of the albums in the late '60s that paved the way for Heavy Metal.
The album consists of three covers and three compositions by Dickie Peterson.
