Tres Hombres by ZZ Top
About the album Tres Hombres
After two moderate commercial efforts, the group of three Texans managed with Tres Hombres in 1973 to reach No. 8 on the Billboard and begin to build their long-lasting career.
The album is a celebration of southern rock. On the other hand, ZZ Top with the sound of Tres Hombres made this rock genre more accessible to a larger audience.
ZZ Top sold 500,000 copies in the USA, and the single La Grange became one of their most popular songs, a staple at every one of their concerts.
