Stay Hungry is the third album by Twisted Sister and is the most commercially successful album of the New Yorkers, in which one can hear We’re Not Going To Take It and I Wanna Rock, two of the most characteristic songs of the eighties, as well as of heavy metal.
Stay Hungry was extremely provocative for its time, and the provocation started from its cover with Dee Snider pretending to prepare to eat raw meat.
The album has sold over 4,000,000 copies worldwide.
