Twisted Sister

Twisted Sister was an American heavy metal band formed in 1972 in New York. They gained fame in the 1980s with hits such as "We're Not Gonna Take It" and "I Wanna Rock." The band is known for their energy and theatricality in their performances, as well as for their distinctive style, which combined elements of glam rock. The band's leader was Dee Snider, whose dynamic presence and characteristic vocals contributed to their success and recognition on the global music scene. Twisted Sister disbanded in 2016 after a final tour.
