The Walkabouts, a band from Seattle, was formed in 1984 and after an EP, they managed to record their debut album in 1988.
See Beautiful Rattlesnake Gardens was a very good precursor for what would follow in the future. Elements of country music through a rock electric approach.
The album was released by the independent label PopLlama Records before they were signed by SubPop.
