Supercharged  by The Offspring

Supercharged is the eleventh album in the career of Offspring, a career which in 2024 - the year of Supercharged's release - would have successfully completed forty years (!) in one way or another. Offspring continue here in the familiar punk-rock and punk-pop musical paths that their audience is accustomed to. This particular album is the first in which a fifth member, the organist Jonah Nimoy, has been added to Offspring, and there is also a new drummer, Brandon Pertzborn.

The album consists of ten punk-rock compositions by frontman Dexter Holland. The recordings of the album began in September 2022 and were completed in May 2024, while Supercharged was finally released in October. The production of the album is the work of Bob Rock, who collaborates for the fourth consecutive album with the band.

The album had a fairly good run on the charts mainly outside the United States. For example, it reached No. 3 in Austria, No. 6 in Germany and Switzerland, while in the United Kingdom it was found in the 43rd position.
