About the album Go Girl Crazy
In the wake of the Stooges in the U.S., many bands will emerge that will push the rock sound to the limits. The Dictators from New York will be one of them and it will be evident with their debut in 1975, Go Girl Crazy.
It is an album full of humor, irony, and satire. The compositions belong to Andy Shernoff except for the two covers: I Got You Babe and California Sun.
There was no commercial success for the album, but it influenced many later who got involved with the punk rock scene.
