Chaos A.D. by Sepultura
About the album Chaos A.D.
After a 2-year tour for Arise, Sepultura grew tired of playing relentless thrash and wanted to slow down the pace on their fifth album, Chaos A.D., and present an album with groove metal, more rhythmic and technical.
Chaos A.D. reached No. 32 on the Billboard Top-200, something that happened for the first time. This particular album is considered a landmark album in the world of Heavy Metal.
The album's production belongs to Andy Wallace, who suggested the recording be done at Rockfield Studios in Wales in order for the band members to be in a calm environment.
