About the album Looking In

Looking In was the sixth studio album of the British band Savoy Brown. The record was released in late 1970. The major change was the arrival of Dave Peverett in the position of singer, replacing Chris Youlden.

Dave Peverett collaborated with Kim Simmonds in composing some of the album's songs. The two singles from the album were Poor Girl and Sitting An' Thinking. The producer of the album was Simmonds. The musical style of Looking In was British blues rock.

The album reached No.50 in the United Kingdom, while on the Billboard chart it reached No.39. Looking In was the last album recorded by all the members of Savoy Brown up to that point, as immediately after this album they all left, leaving Simmonds alone.
