Goddess In The Doorway by Mick Jagger
About the album Goddess In The Doorway
Goddess In The Doorway from 2001 is the most recent solo studio album Mick Jagger has released in his solo career. The album wasn't a huge commercial success and was likely an attempt by its creator to capitalize on the unexpected return of the Rolling Stones to the music scene during that period with their very successful and grand tours.
Various artists participated in the studio recordings of the album: Bono, Wyclef Jean (Fugees), Lenny Kravitz, Pete Townsend, Craig Ross, Joe Perry among others.
Responsible for the cover of Goddess In The Doorway was the German fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld (!)
