About the album Ocean
The Germans Eloy from Hanover attempt with the 1977 Ocean to unfold and analyze Plato's Atlantis, while at the same time they want to draw a parallel with the Cold War era. It is considered by most critics and listeners to be the best album of Eloy.
Ocean managed to become Eloy's first album to find a place in the German charts. It was their sixth album!
The Polish artist Wojciech Siudmak was responsible for the artwork of the cover.
