About the album White Snake
A year after the breakup of Deep Purple, David Coverdale does not give up. He enters the studio and presents White Snake, his solo album, faithful to his blues roots. In the production, we have Roger Glover.
Its creator, Coverdale, has stated that this particular album absolutely reflects the state he found himself in and what he felt immediately after the so - for him - sudden breakup of Deep Purple. The album's title would be used a little later as the name of his band with which he would achieve fame and success in the '80s.
White Snake did not receive the best reception at the time of its release.
