About the album Street-Legal
Bob Dylan started writing his Street-Legal songs at his farm in Minnesota, where he had retreated after his divorce from his ex-wife, Sara. There he wrote the majority of the album.
At the same time that Street-Legal was being printed on LP, a reprint of Wish You Were Here was also taking place. By mistake, about 300 copies of the Pink Floyd album were released, containing the first side of Street-Legal!
It reached No. 11 in the U.S. and No. 2 in the UK.
