As far as the album's title is concerned, opinions are divided and various views circulate without any prevailing. However, Bob Dylan himself has stated that he does not remember anything about how Blonde On Blonde came to be the title.
In the U.S., it exceeded 2,000,000 in sales. Blonde On Blonde managed to enter the Top-10 in both the U.S. and Great Britain.
