About the album Strictly 4 My N.I.G.G.A.Z...
In early 1993, 2Pac released his second album titled Strictly 4 My N.I.G.G.A.Z… The N.I.G.G.A.Z is an acronym, coined by 2Pac, which stands for Never Ignorant in Getting Goals Accomplished. In reality, 2Pac was looking for and found a way to place the word "nigga" on his album cover, a word that America wanted to remove from its vocabulary for reasons of "political correctness" alone. The lyrics of the songs are filled with political and social messages.
It was 2Pac's first major commercial success in the U.S. On a global scale, the album's sales reach approximately 2,000,000 copies.
Strictly 4 My N.I.G.G.A.Z… came back to the surface and reappeared on the billboard immediately after the death of its creator.
