Blur is a British rock band formed in 1988 in London. Blur is considered a significant presence in the revival of the British guitar sound of the '90s and played a decisive role in the britpop music movement, along with bands like Oasis and Pulp. With albums such as "Parklife" (1994) and "The Great Escape" (1995), they elevated the profile of the British music scene internationally.
