About the album Vision Thing
In 1990, the British band Sisters of Mercy released their third and final studio album. Shortly before its recording, Patricia Morrison (bass) left and was replaced by Tony James.
According to Andrew Eldritch (singer and main composer), Vision Thing is an "attack" on the policies of the American President George H. W. Bush at that time.
The album had a successful trajectory mainly in Europe, while in their homeland it reached No.11.
