About the album Hearts Of Stone

In 1978, Southside Johnny and his band the Asbury Jukes released a small R&B dynamite called Hearts Of Stone, but it would probably go unnoticed. It is the third studio album for the artist and the band from New Jersey.

Southside Johnny has Bruce Springsteen (composition), Steve Van Zant (composition, guitar, production), Max Weinberg (drums), and the Miami Horns on brass by his side.

The title track served as inspiration for Jon Bon Jovi to write his own Never Say Goodbye.
