Southside Johnny & The Asbury Jukes is an American rock band from New Jersey, formed in 1976. They are considered one of the main figures of the Jersey Shore music scene and mainly focus on blues rock and soul. The founder and lead singer, John Lyon, known as Southside Johnny, has been deeply influenced by artists such as Bruce Springsteen and Van Zandt, collaborating with them at various stages of their careers.
