About the album Unplugged...And Seated

Unplugged ... And Seated is the second live album by Rod Stewart, which was released on May 24, 1993. It was recorded on February 5, 1993, at Universal Studios in Los Angeles, as part of the MTV Unplugged series. The album's title came from a joke by Stewart during the recording, commenting that the song Stay With Me was difficult to perform while seated.

The most significant moment was Stewart's reunion with Ronnie Wood (member of Faces and Rolling Stones) after nearly 20 years. The band also included Jeff Golub (guitar), Carmine Rojas (bass), and David Palmer (drums).

Unplugged ... And Seated achieved great commercial success, reaching No. 2 on the Billboard 200. The acoustic rendition of Have I Told You Lately became a huge hit, reaching No. 5 on the Billboard Hot 100 and topping the adult contemporary charts. The album sold over 3,000,000 copies in the U.S.
