Due to the enormous success of Metal Health, Quiet Riot found themselves opening for Black Sabbath in the U.S., and played on May 29, 1983, at the US Festival in San Bernardino, California along with Ozzy Osbourne, Motley Crue, Scorpions, Judas Priest, and Van Halen!
The cover – inspired by the book “The Man in the Iron Mask” – also played a role in its success.
