Quiet Riot is an American heavy metal band formed in 1973 in Los Angeles by guitarist Randy Rhoads and bassist Kelly Garni. Quiet Riot became famous in the 1980s with the album "Metal Health" in 1983, which was the first heavy metal album to reach number 1 on the Billboard 200 chart. The band is best known for their hits "Cum On Feel the Noize" and "Metal Health (Bang Your Head)." Despite lineup changes and temporary breakups, Quiet Riot remains active in the music scene to this day.
