Solo In Soho by Phil Lynott
About the album Solo In Soho
In 1980, alongside the band Thin Lizzy, Phil Lynott prepared his first album titled Solo In Soho, produced by himself and Kit Woolven. Solo In Soho is a work that leans more towards the rock music style rather than hard rock.
In order to complete the album, Lynott collaborated with various "notables" such as Gary Moore, Mark Knopfler, Midge Ure of Ultravox, Brian Robertson, Huey Lewis, and several others. Three singles were released from the album: Dear Miss Lonely Heart, King's Call, which is dedicated to Elvis Presley, and Yellow Pearl.
The album reached No. 28 in the United Kingdom.
