About the album No Code
In order for Pearl Jam to record their fourth album - No Code - they collaborated with producer Brendan O’Brien for the third time, while for drummer Jack Irons it was his first recording with the band.
The recording of No Code took place under difficult conditions and conflicts among the tired members of the group, as they all felt exhausted from the tours and performances that had preceded.
Nevertheless, it reached No. 1 in the U.S.
