About the album Flirtin’ With Disaster
Molly Hatchet was another southern rock band in the late '70s, but their second album in 1979 titled Flirtin’ With Danger made a splash and granted them the success they had been searching for since the beginning of the decade.
The album sold about 2,000,000 copies in the U.S. Its position on the Billboard was No. 19.
The album cover was a work by Frank Frazetta, a well-known illustrator whose works often featured themes of horror and science fiction. The title of the work is "Dark Kingdom".
