About the album Here's Larry Williams

Larry Williams from Louisiana collects in 1959 on an LP the singles he had released a few years earlier, and thus his first album is a reality with the title Here's Larry Williams.

Most of the songs are short two-minute little rhythm 'n' blues dynamites that manage to convey the wild and the revolutionary that the youth seeks at the end of the 1950s.

The song Short Fat Fannie and especially Dizzy, Miss Lizzy during a casual listening could even be considered punk rock compositions, a full fifteen years before the specific genre emerged. This is also due to the very "electric execution" by the Beatles in 1965 on Dizzy, Miss Lizzy.
