About the album New Skin For The Old Ceremony

In his fourth musical work, New Skin For The Old Ceremony in 1974, Leonard Cohen begins to change his sound as he adds various instruments, such as viola, mandolin, and banjo.

The album went silver, reaching No. 24 in Britain, but in the U.S. it never entered the Billboard Top 200.

The production is credited to Cohen and John Lissauer.
