About the album Rebel Yell

Billy Idol returns in late 1983 with his second studio effort, having Steve Stevens (guitar, bass, synthesizers) by his side and Keith Forsey in production.

Thus, he manages to make Rebel Yell the album that would define him forever. The title of the album (and the song) comes from the brand of whiskey by the same name, which Billy Idol saw the Rolling Stones consuming.

In the U.S., the album sold 2,000,000 copies and in Canada another 500,000, just as an indication.
