Bury The Hatchet by The Cranberries
About the album Bury The Hatchet
The Irish Cranberries return to discography in 1999 after a three-year absence. Dolores O'Riordan has given birth to her first child – something that has its effect on the lyrics of some songs.
The cover, which was designed by Storm Thorgerson, has been criticized negatively and as tasteless. The landscape shown is located somewhere in Arizona. The recordings took place in studios in Canada, England, Ireland, and France.
Sales of Bury The Hatchet have now reached 4,300,000 copies worldwide.
