About the album Californication
The Red Hot Chili Peppers will collaborate with Rick Rubin for the production of their seventh album, which will be named Californication.
The band from California will come back into the spotlight after several years during which their popularity wasn't doing so well. It should be noted that in the recordings of Californication, John Frusciante returned to the guitar, having left after Blood Sugar Sex Magik. This time, however, one successful single will emerge after another, something that will propel the album to over 15,000,000 sales.
Californication kept the group on a world tour for almost a year and a half.
