About the album Forever Changes

The third album by Love from Los Angeles was released in late 1967 with the title Forever Changes. This record is a characteristic example of an album that went unnoticed in its time, but as time flows and passes, its true value comes to light. Its best position on the Billboard was No. 154.

Forever Changes is now ranked among the most influential albums of all time. Its songs are based on American folk rock, but elements of psychedelia also dominate - after all, it was 1967 - as well as pop and baroque pop. Ten of the twelve songs were written by Love's singer and guitarist, the legendary Arthur Lee, while the other two were creations of the other singer and guitarist, Bryan MacLean.

In 2011, the album was included in the National Recording Registry, an American organization aimed at preserving recordings that played a significant role in the evolution and history of the American nation.
