About the album Transformer
Transformer comes in 1972. It is Lou Reed's second album and is produced by David Bowie and Mick Ronson. Even if Lou Reed had only released this album, it would have been enough for him to be remembered decades later.
In fact, only Perfect Day and Walk On The Wild Side would have granted him the same glory.
The legendary cover is a photo by Mick Rock that was overexposed, but in the end, Lou Reed wanted it just as it turned out.
