No Es Lo Que Parece by Los Caligaris
About the album No Es Lo Que Parece
The ska-rock band Los Caligaris started from the city of Córdoba, Argentina in 1997 and in 2007 they present their fourth studio album, titled No Es Lo Que Parece.
The album is mostly an endless party, where Los Caligaris, under the veil of ska music, manage to fit many rhythms from their homeland and create an album overflowing with joy and fun. In three of the twelve songs, they are assisted with vocals by three legendary figures of the Argentine music scene. These are "Cucho" Parisi from Los Auténticos Decadentes, Cristian Gabriel Álvarez, and Rubinho Da Silva.
From the album, the songs Kilómetros, El Oasis, Añejo W, and Florentinos y Ferminas stood out and have now become some of the band's “classic” songs.
