Jackson Browne wanted to be somewhere in downtown Los Angeles to record his seventh album. So, an empty warehouse was found that was converted into a studio, and Browne worked on Lawyers In Love in 1983.
The album did not receive the best reviews. Nevertheless, Lawyers In Love is an album adapted to the demands of that era.
