Invisible Touch by Genesis
About the album Invisible Touch
In mid-1986, Genesis released their thirteenth album titled Invisible Touch. The album is imbued with the pop sound of that era in all its tracks and bears no resemblance to the works of the English band from the previous decade.
A new audience approached Genesis, however, rejuvenating interest in them. The 5 singles from the album would reach the Top-10 of the Billboard and would make Genesis the first non-American group to achieve this.
Behind the whole effort of Invisible Touch was Phil Collins, who at that time was truly on fire and was going through a very creatively artistic period.
