Second Nature  by Flying Colors

Second Nature is the second album of the supergroup Flying Colors. Its release took place in 2014 and it received very positive reviews. In Second Nature, progressive rock musically dominates, but there are also many elements coming from hard rock.

According to drummer Mike Portnoy, the album was written at a relaxed pace and without any musician pressuring the other. The first song written for the album is Open Up Your Eyes, which lasts twelve minutes. The song promoted even with a video clip as a single was Mask Machine. The album closes with a twelve-minute suite, which is divided into three parts and is called Cosmic Symphony.

The responsibility for the production rests with all the members of Flying Colors.
