Wishbone Ash is a British rock band that was formed in Torquay in 1969. They are particularly known for their pioneering use of the twin guitar, influencing the progressive rock and hard rock scene. Their debut album was released in 1970, but their greatest success came in 1972 with the album "Argus," which is considered a landmark in the rock genre. The band has undergone many changes in its lineup, with the constant presence of guitarist Andy Powell. Wishbone Ash continued to record and give concerts up to the present day, keeping their old rock spirit alive.
