About the album Swagger
In 1990, the alternative rock band from Bristol, England released through Chrysalis Records their most well-known and successful album up to that point in their career. The title of the album was Swagger, and it was their fourth studio album.
The producer of the album was Gil Norton. The first single from the album was for the song World View Blue, while the opening track Jacket Hangs remains to this day the band’s most recognizable song. Most of the songs are compositions by the duo Angelo Bruschimi and Gerard Langley.
The original edition of the album contained twelve compositions. In 2006, its deluxe edition was released, which included thirteen additional songs. Some were remixes, and there were also covers, such as that of Sweet Jane by the Velvet Underground.
